Refund Process 

We at Bike on Track have a 30–day refund  policy. From the date of purchase, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days. However, for any period of time that is after the 30 days of your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

Refunds will only be available for defective products

  • In the event that the product that you receive is defective, please send us an email at and follow the steps found under the return process below.
  • Once the product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and notify you on whether your product has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, you will be refunded to your credit card or via your original payment method.  


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Please keep in mind that it will take 1-4 business days for your bank provider to process and post the refund.

So if you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, remember it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, oftentimes there is a period of time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not process exchanges since we cannot guarantee that your item will be in stock by the time we receive your returned item. Instead, we suggest placing a new order for the item(s) you want and contact to initiate a return for the items you wish to send back. Please include your order number and items that you would like to return in your email. 

However, we will only initiate an exchange for the items if they are defective or damaged. 


Returns Policy

Returns Policy Criteria

In order to be eligible for a return:

  • All items/goods must be in their original packages with all their ticketing and tags attached.
  • Your items/goods must be unused and be in the same condition that you received them as.
  • Possess an invoice showing your proof of purchase/receipt of the purchased items/goods. 
  • You must be within 30 days from the date of your purchase. For any period of time that is after the 30 days of your purchase, you will be deemed ineligible for a return.  


Return Process for Eligible Items

  • To start a return, please contact us via email at with your order number and reason for return. 
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 
    • Please keep in mind that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned which include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items, etc.)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases)
  • Clearance and Final–Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Holiday apparel


Shipping Your Items Back:

You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended for you to consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Disclaimer: Ownership of packages turned over to your local carrier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from your local carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the relevant carrier.
